2. Data we collect and why
We collect the personal data you provide yourself through the Website's forms. The processing activities are detailed below:

3. Electricity bill (PDF)
If you provide us with your electricity bill in PDF format, we use it solely to calculate your potential savings as a subscriber. The file is stored securely on Cercle Solar's servers, accessible only to our internal team, and is not shared with any third party. You may request its deletion at any time at hola@cerclesolar.cat.
4. Disclosure of data to third parties
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to provide the contracted service (for example, electricity distribution companies for the purposes of registering the collective self-consumption arrangement).
We use service providers (data processors) for sending emails and for server hosting, all of whom are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
5. International transfers
We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except where we have the appropriate safeguards required by applicable regulations.
6. Data retention
- Subscription and developer requests: Data is retained for the duration of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship and, once it has ended, for the applicable legal periods (a minimum of 5 years).
- Electricity bill (PDF): Retained while your request remains active. You may request its early deletion at any time.
- Contact form: Data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, and for up to 1 year for possible follow-up.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the right to:
- Access: Obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and access it.
- Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Restriction of processing: Request that we suspend the processing of your data under certain circumstances.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without retroactive effect.
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to hola@cerclesolar.cat stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure. Connections to the Website are made via HTTPS with TLS encryption.
9. Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or behavioural advertising.
10. Changes
Enerbite, S.L. reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments or changes in business practice. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you via the Website.
